1- go to folder you want to add
2- create new text file inside that folder, then rename it to any name and chang ethe extension to .exe
3-right click on the file and click pin to task bar
4-right click on the file in the taskbar and go to propreties
5- point Target and start in to ur folder, as in delete the filename at the end
thats it, you can change icon and you can delete that file u create
