1-Regedit: HKLM>software> microsoft>windows>currentversion>authentication>logon ui>backgrounds> 2- change value of oembackground to 1 3- go to %windir%\system32\oobe\info\ – create it if it doesnt exist 4- copy image you want to display and name it backgrounddefault.jpg, size should be smaller then 260kb
